Delivery: Support with all aspects of a business plan leading to new business planning processes.

Craft Sector Development:
The British Council, Vietnam
Brief: Supporting role to BOP Consulting undertaking a Cultural Mapping Training Programme for British Council in Vietnam and the Ho Chi Minh City and Investment & Trade Promotion Centre (ITCP).
Delivery: Sharing of experiences of Cockpit Art as an intermediary organisation supporting creative businesses, focusing on issues facing designer-makers in the UK; workshop facilitation to identify issues faced by Vietnamese designers in the fields of fashion and design.
Outcome: Report and recommendations to feed into the Cultural Mapping exercise.
The British Council, Thailand
Brief: Strategic and operational direction for a major craft sector development project in Thailand, working with consortium partners to develop best practice in digital story telling for the craft sector in the Chiang Mai region.
Delivery: Scoping visits, workshop facilitation and delivery with the project team, final reports and recommendations to inform Phase 1 of the project. Followed by design and delivery of business development support to craft businesses during Phase 2 and further recommendations for the long-term, strategic development of the project.
Outcome: Launch of the handmade Chiang Mai online resource showcasing the region’s craft industry.

Brief: To help shape an Arts Council funded programme of professional development for artists.
Delivery: Intensive half day workshop to inform the development of the programme.
Outcome: Launch of the Talent Development bursaries programme

Creative Business Incubation and Development:
Regional Development Agency of the Ljubljana Urban Region, Slovenia
Brief: Strategic planning workshop on incubation, and a presentation to the participants on an innovative design project during Ambient design fair.
Delivery: A facilitated workshop with the creative economy team at the agency to explore the opportunities and challenges of developing a creative incubator in Ljubljana, supported by a short talk to participants of the Connecting Design & Industry project on creative entrepreneurship.
Outcome: Recommendations on next steps and on-going partnership development.
Property and Premises Management:
Rodhus Ltd, Brighton UK
Brief: To provide support with the development of a business plan for this new creative hub and workspace for creative businesses
Delivery: One to one consultancy and coaching on concept for the centre; marketing and nuts and bolts operational management
Outcome: Successful launch of creative workspace, Rodus Studios, Brighton in 2011

Hackney Fashion Hub
Brief: To produce an outline feasibility for the development of a Fashion Industry Incubator as part of the Hackney Fashion Hub development
Delivery: Mapping exercise to plot current provision, desk research and in-depth reviews to identify the need and inform a detailed options analysis.
Outcome: Report and recommendations on the development of the incubator concept.
